Cornish coastpath: 24-27 May 2003
The path into Coverack with lots of valerian
Porthallow cove looking back to the south
A hazy view of next year's coastpath from Nare Point
The event we will recall in years to come. The tide had already turned at Gillan Creek. Most were only ankle deep but only 10 minutes later, Sue & Mary braved somewhat deeper water - well done!
A short while later...
If you haven't visited the Lost Gardens of Heligan, here is a taster - they are beautiful and it is well worth spending at least half a day walking round the valley and the more formal areas.
By way of a challenge, can anyone identify the mountains in the background? (Collaboration is allowed!) Bonus points for stating where we are.
